Support the end-to-end delivery of store development projects, manage facilities for all APG & Co physical locations, and assist the Property team in line with strategic goals. This is a dynamic, stakeholder-facing role requiring strong coordination across multiple concurrent priorities. This role is the primary property liaison between all internal and external stakeholders.

The Role
1. Project Co-ordination
- Assist in delivering new and refurbished stores on time and within budget. Includes procurement, tendering, invoicing, contracts, key stakeholder management both internal and external.
- Maintain and communicate Property Program and ensure adherence to all store opening and closing processes.
- Ensure all works comply with building contracts, WH&S policies and environmental standards and performed with relevant building contracts to mitigate financial and time risk.
- Delivery of ad hoc projects, including make good of stores and concessions, as instructed by GM Property on time and on budget.
2. Facilities Management
- Oversee all repairs and maintenance (R&M) activities within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets including monthly reporting and forecasting.
- Approval of all monthly rent invoices in line lease obligations.
- Ensure WH&S compliance across all stores (e.g. alarms, fire systems, insurance)
- Negotiate and manage supplier service agreements.
3. Stakeholder & Contractor Management
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Key property representative for all internal and external stakeholders.
